Panama basic company formation      $990
Includes notarized certificate and articles of incorporation in both Spanish and certified English translations and with apostille , tasa unica (tax), initial subscribers resignation letter, first meeting minutes ready for director signatures, 1 share certificate. You provide your own directors (minimum 3 needed). Perfect for owning property in Panama and/or where total anonymity is not needed. Add $100 for worldwide courier shipment if needed.

Annual Renewal Fee per entity (Panama, includes franchise tax) - nominee director or
shareholder fees are not included      $550

Certificate of incumbency with apostille       $250
